The Swiss Learning Hub AG is an EdTech company for digital learning. We accompany our clients from consultation to the implementation of cloud-based comprehensive solutions in all aspects of digital transformation. With the Swiss Learning Hub, we provide a comprehensive platform that covers the entire professional learning journey, from initial/vocational training to up-/reskilling von employees and tertiary education.

The Swiss Learning Hub AG employs over 60 people, located in GreenCity/Zurich, Bubikon and Belgrade.

Tasks

**Job Description**:
Are you a creative, articulate, and enthusiastic individual who can imagine working as a Digital Learning Author/Instructional Designer in our diverse and competent Learning Solutions Team in Zurich? If so, we look forward to meeting you We are currently looking for a motivated colleague to join our team as of January 1, 2024 (or by arrangement).
- You create innovative training concepts and scripts for digital learning content
- You oversee the implementation of your scripts and are responsible for their consistent quality assurance
- You have the ability to make complex topics understandable to others
- You provide support to our customers in the area of digital transformation and digital learning

**Requirements**:
**Qualifications**:

- You have a completed education and have experience as an author/instructional designer in the field of E-Learning
- Your German and English skills are excellent; knowledge of French/Italian is an advantage
- You enjoy condensing complex content and topics to the point
- You are a team player with a connected and collaborative mindset
- You are open to feedback and work well under time pressure
- You have a solid technical understanding and are proficient with modern web technologies
- You have a keen eye for detail, as quality control is an important part of the author's work
