Taskbase is a data science-based, fast-growing ETH spinoff based in Zurich and is looking for a passionate Digital Learning Designer to join our internationally growing team. In this role, you will take over responsibilities in the learning and delivery process of Taskbase’s product, and play a key role in transferring learning science knowledge between the product and our customers — a varied job with a lot of freedom and room for initiative. This role would lend itself to a freelancer or contractor with huge potential for continued collaboration.
Tasks
**Responsibilities**:
- Build learning feedback and analytics concepts with our customers as part of the customer journey
- Optimize & standardize our learning science process and its elements such as documentation and processes to smoothen the onboarding process for our customers
- Collaborate closely with our Business and our Product units to ensure deliverables meet pedagogical standards as well as customer expectations
**Requirements**:
- Didactical/pedagogical expertise with experience in digital learning design
- Subject matter expertise in Math/Science
- Affinity for AI and tech/edtech
- Experience as an editor/author of learning materials is a big plus
- Independent, precise, and proactive way of working with a focus on the big picture
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment, strong self-management skills and ability to take responsibility
- Excellent German and English skills, spoken and written
- Proficient in collaboration tools like Google Suite, Jira, Confluence, Miro
- Loves to conceptualize and create but also execute and iterate, including enjoyment of administrative tasks
