**What we offer**
- Design forward-thinking digital banking products.
- Use our internal design system in your designs and assist in the maintenance of the design
system.
- Showcase your UI skills and strive to keep up with the current banking design trends.
- Represent user needs and communicate them clearly to stakeholders in product discussions and design reviews.
- Work closely with Product Managers in the prototyping, research and design of new concepts and features.
- Work within the Agile framework and across multiple products.
- Collaborate with the Design, Front End and Product Management teams to deliver the best
experience on our platform for our clients.

**What you offer**
- Accredited design education or 1-3 years of experience in Web and Mobile Design.
- Experience in design tools such as Figma (including auto layouts and components).
- UI design experience, with a great understanding of design principles and an
the aesthetic sense of how elements impact product function.
- Can work independently, has strong creative problem-solving skills and a learning
mindset.
- Speaking and writing in English at a professional level.
