The Head of Storytelling and Production is responsible for leading ABB’s corporate hub of storytelling and production for both internal and external purposes, in line with the business strategy and the communications strategy and plan. Reporting to the ABB’s Chief Communications and Sustainability Officer, the Head of Storytelling and Production is a member of the Communications Leadership Team. This position is based in Zurich.

**Your responsibilities**:

- Storytelling, content creation and formats: provide leadership and best practices in storytelling, content creation and ways of communicating (pods, video, events, social media etc). Define the strategy, produce content and support implementation across the organization.
- Ownership of Corporate web and Social Media (SoMe): owner and editor of ABB’s corporate web and SoMe channels, acting as key interface for other corporate functions, such as Investor Relations and Sustainability when it comes to content.
- Develop the digital presence for the Group, in collaboration with ABB digital development team.
- Pods and videos: produce internal and external pods, videos and other communications activities. Collaborate and support content owners.
- Lead and develop team and function: lead and develop a team of communications specialists as well as a group of writers and storytellers.
- As member of the Communications Leadership Team actively contribute to the development of Corporate Communications and the whole Communications function across all of ABB.
- Network and collaboration: build a strong network across the ABB Communications community to aid alignment across the organization and transfer of best practices and actively contribute to cross-business and cross-corporate functions communications projects.
- Collaborate with other leaders and teams in ABB Communications to ensure communications excellence, relevance and consistency between internal and external messages and across all communications channels.

**Your background**:

- Experienced communicator with 15+ years of experience from working with communications in an international company, preferably in a decentralized organizational model.
- Excellent strategic mindset and ability to navigate complex environment. Proven ability to engage with senior stakeholders.
- Interested in the business and driven by contributing to company success.
- Team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Solutions oriented mindset, structured, gets things done and on time.
- Strong inner drive to make a difference and contribute.
