Ledgy’s $10m Series A round in September ’21 marked the entry of renowned Silicon Valley investor Sequoia Capital into the Swiss startup ecosystem—almost 50 years after its founding.
Our goal at Ledgy is to use this freshly acquired confidence (and capital) to build one of the greatest teams in Europe and boldly go to where no company has gone before
We are an international and diverse team of 33 people, 50% women, coming from 22 different countries and speaking 20 different languages.

As a Marketing Director at Ledgy, your mission will be to drive customer research and intelligence to ensure that we are reaching our customers where they are, developing products they want, and getting them to do business with us.
At Ledgy, you will
- Position Ledgy as a market leader and ensure our story is positioned thoughtfully throughout all channels while achieving growth KPIs
- Provide analytical insights into customer acquisition, behavior, and characteristics to identify and engage prospects to ensure a steady increase in new customers and retention
- Identify and plan differentiated and impactful marketing strategies to drive demand, acquire and retain customers across multiple channels
- Explore and test new means of revenue generation—ways to market our products and services
- Work closely with CX and Sales to promote products and services through knowledge sharing, product education, and industry insights
- Direct market and customer research collection, analysis, and interpretation of data to guide marketing strategies and campaigns

- Love to collaborate with our Sales and RevOps teams to monitor business analytics, conduct market research, identify problems and opportunities within the funnels or core product and collaboratively develop solutions
- Are passionate about managing marketing budget and expenditures in a cost-conscious way and proving ROI in a complex industry with sometimes long sales cycles
- Enjoy breaking complex problems into smaller ones and working with data to facilitate your work using such tools as SQL, Python or Excel
