**Job Description**:
As GM’s European Retail Network Lead you will play a key role in developing GM’s European Network Strategy and are responsible for the team charged with executing this strategy.

Your execution methods can comprise of permanent experience centers, our portable units and short-term retail. Flexibility is key as your team’s principal objective is to grow the visibility of GM’s brands, market awareness in the country markets in a structured manner with the aim of maximizing sales.

**Responsibilities**:

- A core contributor to the evolution of GM’s European expansion strategy
- Oversee lease negotiations, renewals and terminations
- Create value to maximise GM’s return on investment
- Work closely with the other teams in Network Development to deliver best in class outcomes
- Coordinate and lead teams of internal stakeholders
- Manage a network of external brokers
- Conduct standard financial modelling and projections

**Additional Job Description**:
Required:

- At least 6 years of multi-market retail real estate experience
- Undergraduate or Masters degree in a relevant field
- Outstanding communication, analytical and consulting skills
- You value teamwork, accuracy and have an eye for detail
- A desire to be best in class
- Experience of working in a matrix environment
- Excellent written and oral English
