As a Junior After Sales Manager, you will be responsible for a smooth operation of our systems during their lifetime at customers sight and make a significant contribution to our success.

Tasks
- Monitoring, understanding and receiving customer complaints, handling incoming request as a customer service
- Document your projects in company tools, manage spare part orders in the applied ERP system
- Finding solutions to customer complaints based on own experiences gained at Zippsafe as well as the involvement of all stakeholders (incl. engineering)
- Manage the transfer of spare parts to clients (including export/import management)
- Manage manpower (even external partner network), perform service activities physically at clients
- Handle inventory physically and in the applied ERP system
- Support order management activities (including system installations)
**Requirements**:
- Fluent in German and English
- High degree of independence and a precise and reliable way of working
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, coupled with a high level of initiative and can-do attitude - keeping our positive image during customer visits
- High level of self-motivation with the indispensable ambition to lead a young company to success also throughout your innovative ideas
- Willingness and ability to learn - we support your development
