Ce poste offre une opportunité unique de participer à la croissance et au développement d'une entreprise nouvelle et innovante - en développant des plans d'action et des stratégies de vente avec la direction pour atteindre les objectifs de croissance. L'accent sera mis sur l'acquisition de nouveaux clients.
**Responsabilités**:
1. Identifier les clients potentiels
2. Développer et entretenir des relations avec les clients
3. Faire des présentations aux clients potentiels et aux responsables internes.
4. Suivre, identifier et ajouter des prospects qualifiés au pipeline de vente.
5. Développer et gérer des partenariats stratégiques pour développer l'activité.
6. Réaliser des études de marché en continu
7. Identifier et mettre en œuvre des stratégies innovantes de développement commercial.
8. Coordonner avec la direction l'élaboration de propositions mutuellement avantageuses.
**Qualifications et compétences**:
1. Maîtrise du français
2. Maîtrise de l'anglais
3. Maîtrise des outils informatiques et de la suite Microsoft Office
4. Expérience dans la vente et le développement d'affaires dans le secteur de la construction
5. Avoir un permis de conduire et une voiture
6. Posséder un ordinateur portable
7. Avoir une capacité et une expérience avérées dans la vente B2B et B2C
8. Excellentes aptitudes à la communication et à l'expression orale
9. Capacité et volonté de voyager pour des réunions avec des clients potentiels et existants
10. Bon esprit d'équipe
11. Attitude positive
12. Peut facilement relever des défis et possède de solides compétences en matière de résolution de problèmes
13. Esprit créatif
