Tasks

The Role

We are looking for a dynamic and ambitious Business Development Manager who thrives on selling in a global B2B software environment. You will be at the forefront of our sales and growth efforts, responsible for identifying and engaging with potential clients to build valuable business relationships. You will play a pivotal role in the success of Nimagna by qualifying leads, presenting our software solution, and nurturing prospects through the sales pipeline.

What You'll Do
- Engagement: Initiate and maintain communication with prospects, providing information, answering inquiries, and scheduling meetings to introduce them to our software offerings.
- Qualification: Conduct in-depth research to understand the needs and challenges of prospective clients and determine their potential fit with our software solutions.
- Continuous Learning: Stay current on industry trends, competitor activities, and product knowledge to effectively communicate our value proposition.
- Drive Growth: Play a pivotal role in advancing Nimagna, both as a brand and a company, by actively contributing, taking ownership, and injecting fresh ideas to propel growth and development.

**Requirements**:
Your Skills & Abilities
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred but not required).
- 1-2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the B2B software industry.
- Proficiency with lead generation, CRM and sales platforms, such as LinkedIn, Hubspot, Apollo, Google Ads, etc.
- You are strong in networking and have excellent communication skills.
- You can work independently and have a proactive personality.
- You are an enthusiastic and motivating nature and open to pitches, cold calls, etc.
- You have strong written and spoken English skills.
