Unser Kunde, ein Unternehmen, welches Firmen inspierende Arbeitsplätze schafft, sucht für seine Büros in Zug eine motivierte Führungspersönlichkeit.
Als Operations Team Leader kümmerst du dich um die 7 Standorte im Raum Zentralschweiz und bist für das operative Business zuständig. Du bist für ein Team von ungefähr 13 Mitarbeiter verantwortlich.
**Descriptif des tâches**:
- Du hast die operative Business Verantwortung für 7 Standorte / 13 Mitarbeiter.
- Du kümmerst dich um Kundenbeschwerden.
- Du stellst sicher, dass die Büroräumlichkeiten zum Verkauf bereitstehen.
- Du reist zu den verschiedenen Standorten und stellst die Qualität für die Kunden sicher.
