**Lead Salesforce Business Architect**:

As the Lead Salesforce Business Architect/Administrator, you will be part of the global sales operations team in Process Automation Business Area. You will drive continuous improvement and optimization of business processes and technology integration. You will work with cross functional teams to deliver key initiatives that support business targets achievement.

**This position reports to**:
Global Sale Operation Manager - Energy Industries

**Your responsibilities**:

- Ensure Salesforce to be a sales enablement tool with efficiency and scalability with strong emphasis on architecting solutions to meet business needs.
- Partner with business team to develop business cases and budget for change requests.
- Drive and improve data quality to enable and improve visibility and improvement of business performance measurement.
- Participate in maintenance projects through validation, testing, training.
- Design and implement reports, dashboards to deliver business insights.

**Your background**:

- Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years Salesforce experience.
- SFDC Certified Administrator/Advanced Administrator/Platform App Builder.
- Certified Sales Cloud Consultant.
- Proven experience leading enterprise-scale CRM project.
- Deep expertise in Salesforce functionality and best practices.
- Excellent organization skills with strategic thinking and tactical execution capabilities.
- Creative and analytical thinker with strong problem-solving skills.
- Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines, and handle and prioritize business requests.
