We are now hiring a new EMEA Supply Chain Finance Lead to be based in our office in Wollerau, Switzerland.
As the EMEA Supply Chain Finance Lead, you will be leading a team of Executive Finance Managers in charge of three major Manufacturing plants and two Distribution hubs, located in Switzerland, Belgium and the UK. The EMEA Supply Chain Finance Lead has a direct reporting line to the VP Supply Chain Finance and a dotted reporting line to the SVP EMEA Supply Chain.
As a member of the EMEA Supply Chain (SC) Leadership Team, you will strongly partner with the SC leaders of the region and participate in all EMEA SC meetings. You will also have under your scope the overall coordination and advising to the SVP of EMEA SC in all financial matters.
Your main responsibilities include:
- Preparing the EMEA SC KPI’s, as well as organizing and leading the monthly EMEA SC performance review meeting
- Developing the EMEA SC strategy, leading project teams, developing business cases, ROIC and payback calculations, capital requisitions as well as project post implementation reviews
- Implementing the financial plan and financial policies along with the related accounting and cost accounting practices within the EMEA SC Entities
- Ensuring consistency between EMEA and corporate accounting practices and financial reporting
- Running and controlling the local financial management, cost accounting, taxation and treasury functions in line with corporate and local statutory directives
- Responsible for SOX compliance of the companies and overseeing the responsibilities for legal affairs and general company administration
- Presenting results, clarifying, discussing and resolving questions from NY SC Finance Management, EMEA SC, Corporate Accounting, Tax & Treasury & Global Travel Retail Management
- Management and development of the Finance team along with the teams for the outsourced responsibilities at Genpact
**Qualifications**
We are looking for someone who brings:
- A Bachelor or University Degree or equivalent preferably in Finance or Accounting
- CPA / ACA or equivalent a plus
- A minimum of 5 years experience in a similar position
- Technical Accounting experience along with advanced understanding of standard costing
- Understanding of company policies and internal controls
- Experience in US GAAP Accounting and Sarbanes Oxley Regulations
- Experienced in managing a team of Executive Finance Managers in multiple sites
- Capable of assisting the SVP EMEA SC with Financial advice in the strategic and day-to-day management of a complex SC organization including a Manufacturing and Distribution Network as well as central SC HQ
- Knowledge of payroll, pension plan and international taxation regulations
- Fluency in both English and German. Any additional languages a plus
