Strategic Capacity Planner

With more than 20 brands Estée Lauder Companies is the global leader in prestige beauty, recognized for its skincare, make-up, fragrances, and hair care products. In Switzerland, ELC has the main Supply Chain Hub for Travel Retail and EMEA. Due to our continued growth, we are now hiring a Strategic Supply Analyst for our Global Supply Planning team located in Wollerau, Switzerland.

As a Strategic Supply Analyst, you will be responsible for supporting the development of executable and strategic supply chain planning strategies that are communicated by the Strategic Capacity Lead.

Your responsibilities include:

- Gather data and conduct analysis with the goal of improving the organization’s supply chain operations:

- Generate long range resource and technology capacity plan based on category demand plans and identify capacity imbalances/ requirements
- Assigning manufacturing locations for new launches based on capacity availability and platform applicability
- Network optimization and regionalization at finished good and component level
- Leadtime reductions
- Create processes and methods to gather supply chain data for designated category, maintain supply planning parameters in E2E tool
- Analyze data to boost performance, reduce costs, conduct and understand root cause analysis to mitigate errors and problems to improve supply chain operations
- Identify underperforming areas in the supply chain and suggest improvements or resolutions to problems.
- Develop performance metrics and track improvements for assigned category
- Develop and execute projects in order to decrease costs and meeting the annual company cost reduction goals.

**Qualifications**
Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree of higher in Business, Supply Chain, Operations Research, Economics or related field
- Minimum of 2 to 4 years experience in Supply Chain, preferably with experience in Supply or Network Planning
- Knowledge of, and experience with forecasting and supply planning tools (e.g., SAP, E2Open, Kinaxis, etc)
- Fluent in written and spoken English. Any other languages are beneficial
- Flexibility and willingness to travel up to 20%
