Due to our continued growth, we are now hiring a MPS Planner (Master Production Schedule) for our Global Planning team located in Wollerau, Switzerland.

The MPS Planner is an individual contributor role and is accountable for global inventory, fill rate to hub and asset utilization for his sub-category/ platform, while managing IBP for global supply review. In your scope of duties, you will also develop a master production plan which takes into account technology, production capacity and material availability. You will provide alternative business scenarios on supply to meet varying business needs and help facilitate non-escalated constraints to support business needs.

**Your responsibilities include**:

- Generate material and capacity constrained feasible Master Supply Plan (MPS) over operational and long-range horizons to compute demand-supply gaps
- Provide critical inputs to Global IBP process to resolve gaps
- Run extensive scenario planning to resolve the issues proactively
- Accountable for planning strategies, accuracy of planning parameters/inputs and stability of supply plan
- Responsible for global inventory and fill rate to hub
- Responsible for asset utilization for in-scope platforms
- Publish build request for in-house factories and TPM
- Publish supply commits to downstream nodes
- Work with Strategic Capacity Planner to identify capex requirements
- Track execution to plan and for generating tactical MPS plan in execution window, if required
- Responsible for prioritization of constrained capacity and materials
- Review SKU segmentation parameters and determine segmentation refresh frequency
- Spend approximately 50% of time on developing and materializing company’s business strategy
- Responsible for management and oversight of global supply inventory DOS and inventory fill rate

**Qualifications** We are looking for someone who brings**:

- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Supply Chain, Economics, Operations Research or related field
- Minimum 2+ years of related experience in Supply Chain, preferably with experience in Supply Planning
- Knowledge of, and experience with forecasting and supply planning tools (e.g., SAP, E2Open, etc.)
- Familiarity with MPS, DRP, Manufacturing, Distribution and Inventory Planning processes
- Able to deal with large amounts of analytical data and information, problem-solving and able to make or propose decisions as required
- Experience working within factories and / or knowledge of factory operations preferred
- Experience in the cosmetics, personal care industries preferred
