Deine Aufgaben – Verantwortung für reibungslose Projekterfolge

Du übernimmst die klassischen Aufgaben im Projektmanagement (Planung, Resourcen- und Budgetverantwortung, Koordination, Prozessverbesserung etc.) in internationalen und schnell wachsenden Unternehmen: Commodity Supplies AG und ihre Schwesterfirma Cargoo AG. Bei Commodity Supplies geht es dabei um die nahtlose und digitalisierte Abwicklung von Seefracht Im- und Exporten, während Cargoo eine Supply Chain Management Plattform für Kunden weltweit anbietet.


Deine Projekte:

  • In deinen Kundenprojekten bist du von Anfang an (Pre-Sales Phase) involviert und trägst die Verantwortung bis hin zum reibungslosen Betrieb.
  • Auch intern verantwortest du unterschiedliche Projekte von der Einführung neuer IT Systeme bis hin zur Entwicklung neuer Produkte und Prozesse.


Zur erfolgreichen Umsetzung deiner Projekte arbeitest du mit folgenden Teams zusammen: Sales, Technik, Business Implementation, Produktentwicklung, Engineering und Customer Success.

Dein Profil – Kompetenzen, die den Unterschied machen
  • Du hast eine solide Ausbildung in Betriebswirtschaft, Informationstechnologie oder einem verwandten Bereich erfolgreich abgeschlossen
  • Du hast solide Erfahrungen im Managen von komplexen Projekten in der internationalen Supply Chain Branche.
  • Du verfügst über praktische und theoretische (z.B. PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum Master) Methodenkompetenzen im Projekt Management.
  • Du findest unkonventionelle und flexible Wege zur Erreichung deiner Ziele und gehst auch gerne mal die extra Meile.
  • Du sprichst fliessend Englisch und Deutsch. Weitere Sprachen wie Spanisch, Portugiesisch, Französisch sind natürlich von Vorteil.
