To strengthen our Security Organization, we are looking for a motivated and experienced **Regional Security Manager, EMEA Supply Chain**, to be based in Wollerau, Switzerland.

Job responsibilities:
In this role, you work with and advise all regional supply chain departments (from production to distribution) to establish and maintain policies that protect company employees, premises and assets. You work closely with business partners as well as Security Directors and Managers to develop and enforce regional SC security policies and best practices.
- Create and amend a “3-year strategic security plan” for SC EMEA and advise on new SC projects and initiatives while being actively involved in the projects’ steering committees
- Recommend and implement mitigation methods that prevent the business and the full range of SC operations from any disruptions and keep low the level of security incidents, especially in the field of transportation
- Work closely with all SC EMEA departments to reinforce the security awareness and roll out security initiatives at a global level, such like corporate security process and guidelines
- Update, adapt and enforce ELC Security Standard Operating Procedures with all logistic and transport companies within the supply chain
- Visit the EMEA SC facilities and Affiliates on regular basis to review the existing security measures, processes and procedures as well as enforcing the security awareness
- Conduct security audits of the ELC facilities and business partners’, mainly (but not limited to) carriers / freight forwarders, and maintain close relationships by sharing security best practices, improving the SOPs and creating common and sustainable security strategies
- Conduct investigations on thefts in transit and make recommendations for preventive or remedial actions by sharing incident reports and statistics with the carriers and freight-forwarders and involving them in incident-solving protocols
- Act as the Security SME and support the regional efforts on sustainability, recycling programs and efficient destructions of ELC products
- Maintain effective relationships with the law enforcement agencies and be an active member and represent ELC in security global or regional organizations (TAPA, OSAC, ECSA )
- Support and back-up the Regional Security Director when and where needed

**Qualifications**

We are looking for someone who brings:

- University degree in a relevant field
- 10 years of law enforcement, military or corporate security experience in a management role
- Fluent in English (any second EU language is a plus)
- Relevant Security or Supply Chain certifications
- Driving license (mandatory)
- Project management skills
- Proven training experience
- Demonstrated proficiency in MS Office
- Available for off-shift, nights and weekends as needed
- Flexibility to travel across our European sites
