**Your responsibilities as **Recruiting Manager** **Strategic Accounts (f/m/d)**
As a Recruiting Manager Strategic Accounts (f/m/d) your mission will be to positively change people's lives by finding them the right job and helping companies grow by recruiting the right team.
- In this position you will be responsible for the successful development and management of your own recruiting team
- You will lead a team of 4-7 employees
- Leading by example you will support your team by ensuring that they are carrying out their tasks effectively.
- You will provide vision, set goals with your team and manage the success of your team
- Ensure the efficient recruitment in the field of social media and have extensive knowledge of the common recruiting platforms
- You will be motivated to push things forward as well as develop yourself by contributing towards the expansion of the Delivery Center
