Chopard peut s'appuyer sur un vaste réservoir interne d'expertise et de savoir-faire réunissant plus de 45 métiers différents tant dans la tradition horlogère suisse, que la joaillerie.

**Votre mission**

Responsable au Service Client de la réalisation commerciale de nos devis de réparations montres - bijoux - accessoires - Haute Joaillerie et du suivi administratif de ceux-ci.

**Vos responsabilités majeures**
- Contrôle de l’historique des pièces à réception
- Gérer administrativement les statuts des devis en cours
- Réaliser les devis du jour selon les langues - devises et les règles et directive de la société
- Contribuer à la saisie des entrées de réparation du jour en collaboration avec le service client
- Gestion des créations de numéro de série pour les pièces anciennes
- Divers travaux administratifs liés à la fonction du département
- Interaction quotidienne avec les ateliers et le service client admin
- Gestion administrative des contrefaçons en collaboration avec la FH et la formation internationale

**Votre parcours et compétences**
- Formation CFC ou titre jugé équivalent
- Expérience confirmée dans l’horlogerie
- Langues français - Anglais (langue supplémentaire un atout)
- Maîtrise des outils informatiques de bureautique et les systèmes ERP
- Précision et méticulosité
- Esprit d’analyse et de synthèse, ainsi que très bonnes capacités d’autonomie et de flexibilité
