**Purpose**

Within the Richemont Europe Physical Security, Health & Safety department, the BOS Manager reports to the Regional Director Physical Security, H&S and BOS and will closely work with Group Real Estate team.

In line with Richemont Europe BOS strategy and objectives, the BOS Manager is responsible for the management and the coordination of all BOS topics across the European Markets.

The BOS Manager has to be able to second the Regional Director, as a consequence he plays an important role in implementing the strategy defined by the Regional Director.

The position is based in Meyrin (Geneva), within our “Campus Genevois de Haute Horlogerie”.

**You will be successful in the role by**:

- **Operational Management**:

- Leading strategic projects or structural issues Richemont Europe (RRF) & European Regions and markets;
- Carry on BOS projects decided by Richemont Europe and Group Real Estate and ensure the implementation across the European markets;
- Be an ambassador for the Workplace 4.0 implementation;
- Set up and enhance the hospitality in the Richemont sites across Europe. Bring support to create memorable experience for employee, visitors and partners following a service excellence in all our offices, customer services and logistic platforms for all our Maisons;
- Coordinate and lead the implementation of new tools (Service Now, Jooxter, Iauditor );
- Sponsoring the integration of the boutique maintenance;
- Create, in collaboration with Group Real Estate, the guideline & mínimal standard for BOS.
- **Building Management**:

- Manage with an external FTE, the facilities tasks in the RLGE platform;
- Liaise with local building “Campus Genevois de la haute Horlogerie” team the management on facility matters;
- Coordinating office renovation/improvement projects;
- Follow the building occupancies outcomes in Europe.
- **CSR Environment**:

- Enforce Group’s environmental policy and ensure ESG (Environmental Social Governance) is carried out in company facilities;
- Implement environmental initiatives linked to the buildings/boutiques (electricity, water, waste, plastic );
- Enforce the “building score card” per building, set-up measures to reduce the negative impact on the environment and assure a follow-up per Markets;
- Work in close relation with the HS Manager and Director to engage people on this matter.
- **Data, Budget & Optimisation Topics**:

- Participate in the market budget definition;
- Gather outcomes to prepare the European budget preparation and the 5Y plan;
- Participate to the BOS cost control;
- Enhance the best practices sharing.

**Your invaluable skills we are looking for**
- You hold a Bachelor or Master’s degree or significant Diploma
- You have more than 3-5 years’ experience in Facilities, BOS in complex and multicultural organizations
- You are fluent in English with strong written and oral communication skills (any additional languages are a plus)
- You have strong project management & organizational skills
- You have strong communication and facilitating skills, including the ability to communicate and interact with others
- You are willing to travel approximatively 30% of your working time
