**CONTEXT**

The Technology Governance Risk and Compliance (“Technology GRC”) is a function within the Chief Information Officer Office (“CIOO”) department. It is responsible at support the design, implementation and oversee of the required controls to be embed across the technology department of Richemont (“Group Technology”).

The Technology GRC department is a key function of the Group Technology department in the context of Security & Compliance activities.

It plays a critical role as well in Group Technology’s key initiative, oversight of programs and regulatory engagements.

**HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?**

Your key responsibilities will be the following:

- Ensure that cyber and information security best practices are properly and systematically and consistently embedded across the layer of the Group Technology organisation (People, Process and Technology)
- Lead Technology Internal Control management and continuous improvement initiatives
- Be an ambassador of the security/privacy by design concept and promote a risk-based approach across projects and initiatives.
- Participate to the conception of the standards and guidelines, building consensus and the selling of such standards and guidelines.
- Establish and maintain a trusted relationship with Technology delivery teams and other stakeholders.
- Coordinate security and compliance assessment efforts with both external and internal stakeholders with objective to achieve strengthen the posture of the Group from a security and compliance perspective
- Advise delivery teams to ensure the design secure and resilient conceptual solution in alignment with applicable regulations and internal security requirements for the various projects of Group Technology.

**HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCESS WITH US?**

This role requires proven experience (between 5 to 10 years) and maturity in the below skills:

- Solid knowledge in information security principles and practices
- Familiar with the various international security and privacy regulations (GDPR, Chinese Cyber Security Law, South Korea PIPA, etc)
- Proven hands-on expertise in the following areas
- IT GRC
- Compliance Assessments (e.g. SOX, ICS, ISO)
- Definition/design of Internal Controls
- IT Audits (coordination, execution of control testing,..)
- IT Risk Management
- Industry recognised training and certification (e.g. CISA, CRISC, CISM, ISO 27001 lead implementer/lead auditor, etc.) is a plus
- Technology knowledge with Security and Compliance track record in areas of:

- Cloud Service Providers (Google, Amazon Webservices,..)
- SAP (ECC, S4,..)
- 0365 (Exchange Online, SharePoint Online,..)
- Hands-on experience in Risk Management
- Experience working in large international environment/ international teams
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills to assess complex business and technical challenges.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills to adapt your communication about cyber risks and security with a language that is appropriate to the audience at hand
- Demonstrate of a forward-looking mindset to understand forthcoming Business evolution and anticipate related implications on Security, Risk and Control landscapes
- Very good documentation skills
- Fluent in English and French
