**Project & Evaluation Support Manager**

**Location**:Satigny, Geneva, Switzerland

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Encyclopedia Coordination
- Manage European tool from market products’ insertion quality to portfolios update and follow-up
- Guardian of Operating rules and Olfactive / Marketing content quality
- Encyclopedia Transformation
- Be part of the team who is going to leverage the tool to the next level
- Super User
- Evaluation Support Team Management
- Manage a team of 7 Evaluation Assistants at Geneva head office + co-work with European affiliates
- Guarantee best practices, protocols accuracy, materials availability & renewal, excellent working conditions for accuracy of evaluations
- Reassure evaluation agenda is well managed to serve all Development community
- Market Products stock accurate maintenance & control
- Lean Management
- Continuous improvement mindset

**You bring**:

- BSc or MSc in Administration/ Business Management, Marketing or equivalent
- 2-5 years of relevant people management experience and/or proven Leadership project management experience
- Digital ability to deal with different systems (excel, internal tools: Encyclopedia databank, SAP, Canopy, Class, etc)
- Olfactive knowledge or Perfumery industry experience is an asset
- Thorough interpersonal skills such as pragmatism, strong accuracy with data management, leadership skills (including taking initiative and being proactive)
- Ability to communicate efficiently at all levels of the organisation
- Fluent in French and English (C1)
