**CONTEXT**

Richemont is looking for a talented **Enterprise Integration Manager **to lead the various Integration Teams within Group Technology, namely API Management, Enterprise Messaging, ETL and Integration Services.

These teams form the backbone of the Integration Center of Excellence (ICoE), the hub responsible for the validation, authoring, and facilitation of correct integration architectures between platforms/solutions (both internal and external) for Richemont and all of its Maisons.

As an Enterprise Integration Manager, you belong to Application & Integration Platforms and will report to the Head of this domain.

You will support in the validation and design of integration architectures with a focus on the correct selection and implementation of Enterprise Integration Patterns. A comprehensive knowledge of integration patterns, integration toolsets, and integration antipatterns is required. Security is considered a hygiene factor and permeates all of your work.

You will help creating the vision and define the desired strategies to achieve a globally Integrated Enterprise.

You will work in a global environment with highly distributed teams in different countries and time zones and at different management levels.

**HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?**
- Manage and coach the teams of the Integration Center of Excellence
- Manage stakeholders of different product areas of including 3rd parties
- Balance project demand versus capacity planning to ensure optimal workload allocation of the integration teams
- Focus on team-building and well-being of team members in a physical and virtual setting
- Drive the development, performance and SLAs of the ICoE
- Collaborate closely with the Enterprise Architecture Office to promote and ensure integration best practices are well known and followed
- Collaborate on a global level with data integration experts to drive innovation
- Support Developers, Functional, Support, and DevOps team members in designing and evolving solutions for integration with and the enhancement of the API Management and Messaging Backbone platforms
- As necessary, provide expert advice, constructive criticism, and architectural design/direction on a variety of integration projects
- As necessary, author architectural diagrams and other documentation in support of the integration between disparate backend systems and for the creation and delivery of full stack solutions
- Liaise with the Enterprise Architecture office and participate in Architecture Community of Practice sessions, Architecture Review Boards, and Design and Architecture sessions specific to the Application & Integration Platforms context

**HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US?**
- B.Sc. or MSc. in Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related field. MBA or post-secondary degree preferred
- **Experience in a leadership role with direct reports preferably in an international and virtual environment**:

- Experience working with Agile and Project Management methods, enjoy working in a dynamic team and having a structured and methodical approach to work
- **Excellent communication skills and customer-oriented approach to work**:

- **Strong analytical, problem-solving, negotiation, and organizational skills**:

- **Prior experience with SAP Integration (minimum 5 years)**:

- **Prior experience with Event Driven Architecture (EDA)**:

- **Prior experience with API Management**:

- Prior project management experience
- Prior experience in software architecture and development lifecycle
- Prior hands on experience with technology concepts such as APIs, microservices, messaging, Cloud hosting, CRM (e.g., Salesforce platform), ERP (e.g., SAP)
- **Ability to communicate with technical and business teams (all levels)**:

- **Ability to work in a complex, fast-paced, distributed environment with high expectations**:

- Good knowledge of service delivery management field
- Experience with Atlassian Suite mainly Confluence and Jira
- **Fluent English is an absolute requirement**, other languages are a plus (e.g., **French**, Italian, Chinese)
- Willingness & ability to travel
