We would like to talk to you about the opportunity to join our Commercial Department for a maternity cover as **Continuous Improvement Project Manager. **Reporting to the International head of retail experience, the principal mission of the **Continuous Improvement Project Manager**, is to prepare and manage continuous improvement implementation for Cartier Retail.

**HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?**

**Ensure continuous improvement deployment**
- Design Training for continuous improvement leaders (boutiques, office)
- Identify local needs and specificities to support regions and market in their roll out
- Start building C.I communities and support a communication plan to facilitate the roll out

**Manage a new digital communication platform**
- Ensure a full integration of this new platform (SHIZEN) among Retail oS ecosystem
- Drive the external agency to provide a stable and efficient tool
- Prioritize enhancements list

**Manage Continuous improvement pilot in France & China & UK**
- Drive the market to test and learn continuous improvement governance
- Organize Cartier international governance for retail with ICD Directors direct reports
- monitor key indicators

**Active contributor to the entire scope of Retail Experience**
- Work transversally on various topics relative to the Boutique flows/continuous improvement program
- Participate actively in the creation of the library of solution
- Contribute to Retail experience design activities

**HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US?**
- An academic degree in Engineering is recommended
- You have 8-10 years’ experience in industry or FMCG sectors
- An experience in continuous improvement or process optimization is strongly recommended and you have worked in direct contact with markets and frontline teams
- An experience in digital tool design would be a plus
- You possess good interpersonal skills and you have a client centric mindset
- You possess strong ability to work transversally with different entities across retail and beyond
- You have strong project management skills
