We would like to talk to you about the opportunity to join our CSR Department as **CSR Steering & Data Manager.**

In the context of strong acceleration of the Sustainability agenda, your main objective will be to work on the integration of CSR in the organization through the creation of a global CSR data collection system, the co-creation of internal CSR roadmaps aligned with the Maison objectives, and the implementation of the Science-Based target action plan across the Maison and its ecosystem.

**HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT**

**Shape an integrated CSR data management system**
- Create an efficient, integrated and reliable global CSR data collection system
- Keep the global dashboard and reporting process effective to allow the full integration of CSR in the Maison’s decision-making processes
- Contribute to the continuous assessment of the Maison’s overall footprint

**Co-build and follow-up on internal CSR Roadmaps**
- Integrate the Maison CSR objectives in all entities’ strategies by supporting them in building their roadmaps
- Connect with all Cartier entities to monitor the implementation of their CSR projects to ensure effectively translation into actions
- Monitor the implementation of the CSR roadmaps

**Lead the global SBTi action plan**
- Coordinate the overarching SBTi action plan to reduce the Maison’s commitment on the reduction of its CO2 footprint
- Animate all internal and external stakeholders to reach the required efforts and transformation

**HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US**
- You have a master’s degree in Business, Law, Engineering or other relevant field with a strong focus in CSR/Sustainability/Environment
- You have 6-8 years’ experience in CSR generally and in leading sustainability transformation projects
- You are curious, open-minded and passionate about sustainability issues and data
- You possess strong organizational and analytical skills
- You possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- You are team-player and you are also able to work independently
- You give strong attention to detail with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, with precision in a fast paced and changing environment
- You possess good knowledge of MS office and are comfortable with digital tools
- You are fluent in French & English
