Wir suchen dich für unseren Shop in Zürich

Wir werden die Augenheilkunde in der Schweiz neu gestalten und den Zugang vereinfachen, indem wir eine bekannte Marke aufbauen, komplett digitalisiert arbeiten und die gesamte Wertschöpfungskette selbst abdecken. In den kommenden Jahren werden wir klarer Marktführer im Bereich der Augenlaserbehandlung. Aus diesem Grund eröffnen wir schweizweit in den kommenden Monaten 10+ stationäre Shops, welche unseren Kunden ein ganz neues Erlebnis bieten.

Aufgaben
- Du empfängst unsere Kunden herzlich vor Ort, verstehst ihre Sorgen und Probleme und findest immer eine passende Lösung für sie
- Nach der Einarbeitung berätst du unsere Kunden über unsere Behandlungsangebote und nimmst erste technische Messungen vor
- Du bist für die Beratung und den Verkauf zuständig
- Du bist für die Erreichung der Umsatzziele verantwortlich
- Du erledigst administrative Aufgaben und führst die elektronische Agenda
- Du koordinierst medizinische Anliegen mit unseren Ärzten

Job Anforderungen
- Du verfügst über eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung
- Du hast bereits Erfahrung im Bereich Verkauf und Beratung
- Du legst hohen Wert auf Genauigkeit und Sorgfalt
- Du bist emphatisch, offen und kommunikativ
- Du liebst den Umgang mit Menschen und hast einen gepflegten Auftritt
- Du sprichst und schreibst sehr gut auf Deutsch
