With a scalable B2B SaaS approach, we help publishers and learning platforms engage students and maximize learning outcomes on their digital learning platform.

Are you passionate about driving customer success, building up customer relationships and growing our customers in the dynamic world of SaaS? We are seeking a talented and experienced individual to join our team as soon as possible as a SaaS Customer Success Manager with exceptional project management skills.

Tasks
- Plan and manage client portfolios and build close relationships
- Execute and improve onboarding processes
- Expand and upsell customers' subscriptions & volume
- Create solutions with our customers to meet their needs (customized)
- Manage projects with internal and external stakeholders
- Handle and resolve customer requests and issue reports
- Train and coach customers in tool usage
- Advise our customers in didactical, technical, and coordinational matters

**Requirements**:

- Experience in Customer Success (favorable SaaS, startup)
- Proficiency level in English and German, other languages as a plus
- Experience in project management and customer service
- Strong communication skills with customers
- Know-how and experience in pedagogic / didactics welcomed
- More than a digital native, usage of SaaS comes naturally to you
- You work independently and creatively in a startup environment
- You are reflective & open to feedback
- Hands-on mentality, open-minded, and willing to learn every day new things
