**Description de la mission**:
**Commercial/Stratégie**:

- Contribuer à définir et exécuter la stratégie d'approvisionnement énergétique à l'échelle du groupe, en mettant l'accent sur une région (Europe/États-Unis) ou un groupe de pays, pour l'électricité, le gaz naturel et les énergies renouvelables.
- Gérer et entretenir les contacts avec les fournisseurs d'énergie et les responsables des achats sur site de Constellium concernant tous les sujets opérationnels liés à l'approvisionnement énergétique et à la gestion des contrats.
- Soutenir et/ou diriger la gestion des appels d'offres, la rédaction des contrats d'approvisionnement et participer aux négociations avec les fournisseurs.

**Reporting et gestion des risques**:

- Mettre en place un processus récurrent de prévision de la demande énergétique avec les sites et développer/maintenir les outils nécessaires pour le permettre et l'automatiser.
- Comprendre, suivre et rapporter les positions et les expositions aux prix de l'énergie pour tous les sites et les commodités énergétiques dans son périmètre, ainsi que les coûts non-commodités (transport et distribution, taxes, etc.).
- Améliorer continuellement les processus et les formats de reporting de l'approvisionnement énergétique.
- Déployer la stratégie mondiale de gestion des risques énergétiques et de couverture en collaboration avec la Trésorerie centrale, les sites et les équipes des unités commerciales. Mettre à jour la politique associée et renforcer les outils de suivi et de reporting.

**Renouvelables et projets spéciaux**:

- Participer à des projets stratégiques liés à l'approvisionnement en énergies renouvelables (contrats d'achat d'énergie, biogaz, certificats d'origine, etc.).
- Participer à des associations professionnelles sur les sujets énergétiques et de politique énergétique.

**Déplacements professionnels** :Des déplacements internationaux sont à prévoir pour ce poste, soit environ 20% du temps.

**Profil recherché**:Le/la Category Manager Énergie et Renouvelables est principalement responsable de soutenir le Directeur de l'Approvisionnement en Énergie dans le processus d'approvisionnement énergétique de bout en bout, y compris la définition de la stratégie, la prévision de la demande, la gestion des appels d'offres, la gestion des risques, la gestion des contrats, le reporting et les projets d'approvisionnement en énergies renouvelables. Il/elle travaillera au sein d'une équipe de 3 category managers en charge de l'énergie et de l'approvisionnement durable, relevant de la Direction de l'Approvisionnement en Énergie/Alliages et Approvisionnement Durable, et collaborera étroitement avec les sites et les unités commerciales de Constellium.
