The Customer & Commercial Excellence Associate reports to the Director Customer & Commercial Excellence and will join a diverse team of passionate and dynamic professionals. **The position**

In this exiting newly created position, you will help the Swiss Affiliate navigate the changing customer environment by supporting the Customer & Commercial department across all its strategic activities (e.g., support the deeper understanding & better targeting of customers and the multi-channel engagement (MCE) development journey across the Affiliate).

The position is anchored in a newly founded department - therefore, next to supporting across its strategic activities, you will also have the opportunity to further shape our exciting department journey.

Furthermore,
- Your core focus in this role would be improving our understanding & targeting of customers (e.g., support customer segmentation, drive development of activity plans as well as supporting the implementation of Regional Commercial Excellence activities).
- You will also support and lead selected MCE initiatives and strategic projects for the Affiliate that need a cross-functional perspective (e.g., push adoption of an MCE channel, support strategic processes within Affiliate).
- You will help provide the foundation for the Affiliate to make data backed decisions by making customer insights readily available (e.g., by creating dashboards) or inspiring the Affiliate with new ways of working by leading by example.

- You have the ability to build relationships, work collaboratively and enjoy being part of a team
- You are Proficient in English and German which is a must-have for this position
- You are Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint, familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce) and Power BI / Qlik Sense is a plus
- You have a strong understanding of the digital technologies available and keen interest in the development of technologies, platforms and ways of interacting in multichannel working environment

Novo Nordisk Pharma AG is the Swiss Affiliate, with over 80 employees, located at the Circle, Zurich Airport. The Swiss Affiliate belongs to Region North West Europe, which is part of IO (International Operations).
