**The Position**

As the Global Commercial Excellence Director, you will facilitate, implement, and enhance the right commercial mind-set across all areas of the rare disease value chain and identify attractive growth opportunities and creating value propositions, in close collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders at a global and local level. Through building and maintaining optimal data infrastructure and analytical tools, you will play an integral role in supporting our country teams around the world to commercialize our in-line and launch assets in the best way.

Furthermore, your responsibilities will include:

- Contributing to the formulation of global and local product strategy to ensure maximum return from commercialisation
- Providing valuable and actionable insights to commercial teams and support strategic reviews and resource allocation process
- Leading the development of go-to market model & SFE Framework and roll-out across Ex-US launch markets for our ultra-rare launch brands
- Managing relationships with strategic partners and vendors in data analytics and research as well as supporting regular reviews of the optimal field force in key affiliates
- Leading and implementing ad-hoc Commercial Excellence projects within the disease and product area

**Qualifications**

Furthermore, you:

- Have led key analytics workstreams to support strategic business decisions and organizational success
- Are very experienced in working with advanced digital tools and analytics platforms, CRM systems as well as excellent communication skills
- Have intellectual curiosity, ability to think creatively and demonstrated ability to take initiative
- Demonstrate accountability and ability to deliver high-quality results with respect to timelines

Novo Nordisk Rare Disease is a speciality care unit focused on generating scientific and technological breakthroughs for people living with a rare disease.
