We are looking for a Finance Business Partner - Marketing and Global Value Access to join us at our office in Zurich for a 12-months contract. You will be directly reporting to the Head of Finance ICO. We are offering a flexible and hybrid working model (#LI-Hybrid).

**Main Tasks**
- Responsible finance business partner to the Marketing and Market access brand teams
- Full responsibility for overhead controlling of Commercial Organization i.e. analyzing of actuals vs plan/budget, developing automated reports and conducting regular reviews with functional managers
- Provide support and analysis, be a trusted adviser and add value in decision-making
- Improve quality and accuracy of reporting through innovation
- Support the different units in the monthly closing and planning processes
- Develop SAP reports/analysis for cost control and supply/demand process

**Your Profile**
- Bachelor or master’s degree in finance, Controlling or Management
- Minimum 2 years of work-related experience, previous experience in pharmaceutical industry is a plus
- Management accounting experience including budgeting, forecasting, monthly reporting.
- Knowledge of SAP system
- You have proven ability for implementing and monitoring financial controls
- You are a good communicator, team player and customer-focused
- Doer mindset, result oriented, and energetic
- Digital savvy, Master of Excel and PowerPoint
- English proficiency, German is a plus
- Experience with Power BI is a plus
