Are you passionate about driving the business success and personal development of Julius Baer’s front office colleagues? Do you favour a culture of continuous learning and growth? As a senior Programme Manager in the Front Development team of the Julius Baer Academy, you have the end-to-end responsibility to further design, implement and continuously enhance a key talent programme to develop the next generation of relationship managers at Julius Baer, in line with the Bank’s strategic ambitions and business needs.

**YOUR CHALLENGE**:

- Lead the pilot programme for the development of the Bank’s next generation of relationship managers in close collaboration with the front regions and HR
- Further design, implement and evaluate the programme elements (e.g. learning objectives, curriculum development, provider selection)
- Implement assessment tools to evaluate the potential of front talents, derive individual development areas and define individual learning journeys based on assessment results
- Build up the community of future relationship managers and develop related activities such as best-practice sharing, mentoring and coaching sessions to complement the formal learning modules
- Constantly review and evaluate the progress of the programme and the participants with key stakeholders, propose improvements in terms of effectiveness and efficiency
- Act as a project leader to prepare the global rollout of the programme
- Actively engage in other learning & development initiatives of the Julius Baer Academy to foster life-long learning of employees and competitive advantage of the Bank

**YOUR PROFILE**:

- University degree or equivalent qualification in Banking & Finance/Business Administration or in Pedagogy/Teaching/Psychology
- A minimum of 3-5 years working experience in the area of corporate learning & development or in a front office role in the financial industry preferably in Wealth Management or Private Banking
- Proven competency in the design of learning journeys, curriculum development and programme management; experience in talent management is a plus
- Strong conceptual capabilities and project management skills
- Business acumen and strong interest in banking, preferably with proven knowledge in products and services related to Private Banking and UHNW segment
- Passion to support and accompany front talents on their learning journey
- Excellent communication skills, ability to collaborate successfully with various internal and external stakeholders on all levels of the organization
- Good presentation skills to host training sessions, workshops, or meetings
- Reliable, structured and results-oriented working style with very good organisational skills
- Strong MS Office skills (PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook), experience with learning management systems is a plus
- Self-motivated, team-oriented, and hands-on personality with a growth mindset
- Fluent in English and German (verbal and written), French or Italian is an advantage
