As Locatee’s Revenue Enablement Manager, your mission is to facilitate revenue growth by arming all our customer-facing roles with the training and content to deliver consistently great experiences to our prospects and customers. You actively identify opportunities for improvement, and leveraging internal and external expertise, you create learning experiences that deliver measurable business impact. Ultimately, you measure your success by the success of others.

Tasks
- Develop and own the global Sales Enablement program including sales battlecards & strategies, onboarding & ramp-up, and training sessions
- Delivering the global Sales Enablement program. Responsible for communications, quality assurance, consistency, and providing clear feedback on outputs.
- Conducting training and facilitating learning sessions for frontline sales reps
- Acting as the primary stakeholder for all sales materials delivered to the Sales & post-sales teams to improve sales productivity, discipline & operational excellence. In short, you ensure our Sales & post-Sales professionals know what to do and when to do it.
- Tailoring the global sales & positioning narrative as needed for the Sales organization, determining content, research & training requirements, and briefing relevant teams accordingly through various communication channels and forums.
- Partnering with Product Marketing, Marketing, Product, and Partnerships teams to ensure consistency, collaboration, and high-quality outputs across the sales enablement process.

**Requirements**:
We are looking for a motivated individual who likes to be part of a fast-paced, ambitious international company. We are looking for people that can think out of the box and show exceptional commitment as well as:

- 3+ years experience in a Sales Enablement role in a B2B and/or SaaS organization.
- Experience coaching sales reps in 1:1 and 1:Many settings
- Proven experience building, executing, and measuring the success of sales training programs.
- You’re an excellent communicator in both written and verbal forms, adept at crafting compelling arguments.
- You’re customer focussed
- Independent & Entrepreneurial you work with mínimal guidance and thrive in situations with a high degree of uncertainty.
- Previous frontline Sales experience is a plus.
