**Global Net Revenue Management Leader APAC (M/F/d)**
By embedding best-in-class Pricing and Net Revenue Management (NRM) practices & capabilities, we can drive better data-driven commercial decisions that will enable us to drive access and category growth while realizing net price and gross margin opportunities.
As the Global NRM Manager you will be responsible for supporting value creation through pricing and terms guidance, planning, and execution by steering NRM efforts within the assigned scope of geographies.
The scope of the role is GLOBAL with strong focus on biggest markets within the assigned scope of geographies (APAC region).
**YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- High complexity role with close interaction with Global, Regional, and Local stakeholders; indirectly managing respective Country NRM Leads
- Drive not only the WHAT but also the HOW based on Customer Excellence (CuEx) ‘LIFE’: Strategy into Execution, strong Collaboration, ‘Player Coach’ attitude, Customer centric impact
- Global & Regional activities
- Aggregate NRM Levers, with focus on Pricing & Trade value creation ambition from local market plans into Regional gameplans and for alignment with Regional Leadership Team Monitor value delivery via Price/Trade and other levers in alignment with budgeting/financial planning
- Collect and consolidate of Price Pack Architecture (PPA) opportunities for discussion with Global teams Liaise with Global Trade Excellence Manager to transfer capabilities to local teams Maintain and promote NRM playbooks, frameworks, and training resources Safeguard adherence to processes and governance to drive local commitments
- Contribute and consolidate learnings into learning journeys as part of Bayer learning program (Transforming Learning for Life TL4L) Market-specific activities Develop, with Country Head and local NRM, the Country NRM strategy, priorities, targets Identify growth opportunities and create action plans through NRM Levers activation
- Track development of local Strategic Pricing & Trade 3years plans with clear value delivery
- Coach local NRM teams in orchestrating the local integrated planning process
- Ensure, in close partnership with local NRM, value capture in local budget. Ensure local teams’ access to global strategic guidance, raise feedback/nuances
- Discuss and capture local enabler needs (ie. data, analytics, frameworks, trainings)
- Oversee, with Bayer IT Teams (Digital Transformation and Data Analytics), the commercial analytics design, roll-out and adoption, driving synergies among markets, from global standard to local tailored solutions to enhance local NRM capabilities across countries
**Key Working Relation**:
- Internal stakeholders: Local NRM teams, CDHs and Country Commercial Leads, Local Commercial, Finance, Insights, Business Intelligence, Regional teams, CoEs, DTIT, DAA, GCBU
- External stakeholders: Supporting Consultants, Insights Providing Agencies, Other Bayer Divisions, Bayer Corporate Functions
**WHO YOU ARE**:
- Proven record of following through and delivery of tangible value on pricing/NRM projects
- Experience in marketing, sales, and/or finance roles for at least 5 years with proven understanding of P&Ls, financial shaping, market/category growth drivers, marketing strategy Asia Pacific (APAC) markets knowledge, Consumer Health categories knowledge
- Postgraduate university degree or equivalent qualification in finance, science or engineering
- ‘Player-Coach’ attitude, basic consulting skillset, drive customer centric results with excellence Strategic thinker.
- Able to navigate complex issues.
- Flexible & Adaptable.
- Intellectual curiosity, challenging "status quo", and demonstrated managerial courage.
- Experienced in working in Teams, valued contributor and viewed as expert in pricing/NRM Gravitas and leadership skills to frequently interact with Senior Management Demonstrated ability to work in multicultural environments. Excellent networking, consensual and conflict management skills
- Fluent in English, additional languages advantageous
- Willing to be based in Switzlerland as the position is located in our Basel office
