Business Development and Sales Manager

CareerLunch AG is an HR-tech startup that was founded in 2019 as a spin-off from ETH Zurich and the University of St. Gallen. Our mission is to inspire remarkable careers through authentic connections. Through our platform, we facilitate informal meetings between talents and potential employers. Despite our nascent history, we already count some of the world's leading companies among our customers. In 2021, we raised venture capital (VC) funding to further fuel our expansion.
Tasks
- You join the team that is responsible for customer acquisition (B2B) and the overall growth of our startup
- You support us on our way to becoming the market leader in our space throughout the DACH region (Switzerland, Austria, Germany)
- You develop qualified leads and set up personalized outreach campaigns that convert into demo meetings
- You convert demo meetings into customers by learning where we can add the most value with our solution
- You foster long-term customer relationships by being a trusted partner
- You take part in optimizing our tracking and reporting within our CRM system (HubSpot) and general sales processes
**Requirements**:
- You are passionate about our mission and its impact on talents and employers
- You have a curious mind, you learn fast, and you enjoy taking responsibility
- You are a structured, solution-oriented person and can adapt quickly to a dynamic environment
- You have a growth mindset and strong analytical skills
- Experience in B2B sales and/or account management beneficial
- Proficient (ideally native) German to conduct meetings with DACH customers in German
- Fluent English to communicate with your international team at our startup
