Führung der Fachspezialist(en) Arbeitssicherheit/Notfallmanagement
Gewährleisten von Arbeitssicherheit und Gesundheitsschutz an den Standorten Kilchberg, Altendorf und Olten
Koordinieren, Entwickeln und Evaluieren von Sicherheitsprogrammen inkl. Kontrolle der Ergebnisse, Kosten und Wirksamkeit
Definieren von datenbasierte Massnahmen zur Verhinderung von BU/NBU durch die Weiterentwicklungvon Sicherheitskonzepten, Risikoanalysen und Risikobewertungen
Förderung der Linien
- und Sicherheitskultur durch aktives Handeln und Schulung von Vorgesetzten sowie Mitarbeitenden
Minimierung des Gefährdungspotentials zur Unfallverhütung inkl. technische Projekte
Verantwortlich für die Safety-Säule und für die Umsetzung der Safety Standards im Rahmen des TPM Programmes LPW (Lindt Performance Way)
Analyse von Ereignissen und Unfällen und Erstellen von Führungsmitteln inkl. Statistiken und Reportings
Kontaktpflege und Durchführen von Erfahrungsaustausch mit anderen Sicherheitsfachkräften
Führung und Kontrolle bezüglich Umgang mit Gefahrstoffen (wie z.B. Kühlmittel, Öle, Reinigungsmittel, Aromen, Alkohol etc.) / Chemikalienmanagement
Beraten der Geschäftsleitung in Bezug auf Arbeitssicherheit und Gesundheitsschutz
Dokumentieren von Sicherheitsinspektionen und Audits
Definieren und Erstellen von Notfall
- und Evakuierungskonzepten
Wann du zu uns passt
Abgeschlossene berufliche Grundausbildung oder ein abgeschlossenes Studium
Abgeschlossene Weiterbildung zum*r Sicherheitsingenieur*in oder zum*r Spezialist*in für Arbeitssicherheit & Gesundheitsschutz, EKAS
Mehrjährige Erfahrung als Sicherheitsbeauftragte*r in einem industriellen Umfeld, idealerweise in der Lebensmittelbranche
Erfahrung als Gesamtverantwortliche*r für ein Arbietssicherheitssystem
Sehr gute Kenntnisse der Themen Brandschutz, BCM, Notfallmanagement
Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, sowie gute Englischkenntnisse
Erfahrung mit TPM (Total Productive Maintenance)
Dienstleistungsorientierte Führungsperson
Gute Kommunikationsskills
Durchsetzungsstark mit entsprechender Empathie
