What you do here
Drive Lindt Global Travel Retail growth as part of the TM team by enabling and facilitating permanent and promotional POS execution for a dedicated Global Account. The role involves managing, implementing and tracking promotional activities (incl. sampling) for different brands in Global Travel Retail to meet the company's business goals and to reach sell-in / sell-out targets for the year.
Full responsibility for organization and execution of promotional activities for Global Account Dufry
Support on permanent POS projects and installations for Global Account Dufry
Ownership of ZRH Boutique as individual account
P&M strategy and management
Training / E-learning
Proactive collaboration
Additional TM support
When you fit in with us
Minimum 3-5 years of trade marketing management experience
Relevant experience in international companies (experience in Travel Retail beneficial)
University degree in marketing or comparable
Master and or any other further qualification in marketing / trade marketing is appreciate
Knowledge of marketing and trade marketing activities, tools and techniques
Knowledge of category management and assortment
Capability in building strategic, multilevel and teamwork relationship
Capability in dealing with complexity in a multinational environment
Collaboration - team player and proactive in interdisciplinary work (Marketing, Finance, Supply)
An effective hands-on approach
Strong Communicator, decisiveness in decision making
Action orientated with strong drive for results
Strong in motivating & influencing others
