**Job Description**:
The Global Pricing Analytics & Reporting Manager develops effective pricing analytics and reporting capabilities to drive visibility and insights on pricing trends, inform key strategic pricing decisions and their impact on Galderma’s revenues for the Global Prescription Medicines Business Unit.

Under the guidance of the Global Rx Pricing lead, the Global Pricing Analytics & Reporting Manager will take ownership of the complete pricing process for the Galderma Rx portfolio. The role will build and enhance pricing analytics and reporting processes, as needed, to ensure timely pricing actions and responses to the regions/countries. The Global Pricing Analytics & Reporting Manager will be Business Owner for the Model N pricing system and will be responsible for maintaining and developing all the reporting requirements within the pricing system.

Job Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary pricing analytics and reporting point of contact. Therefore, providing support and training to ensure the full operation of the pricing system
- Business Owner for the Model N pricing system, including being the project lead for future capabilities in Model N and future pricing modules, defining a mid
- and long-term plan for the system capabilities
- Leverage strong analytical capabilities and experience in analyzing complex situations to develop analysis from multiple sources, synthesize into clear and concise information that is responsive to business needs
- Develop effective pricing analytics and reporting capabilities to drive visibility and insights on pricing trends, inform key strategic pricing decisions and ensure timely pricing actions and responses to the regions/countries. Leveraging complete understanding of different pricing approaches in different countries.
- Maintain and regularly update a pricing history database and Model N pricing platform for Rx.
- Optimize launch sequences & simulate International Reference Price events
- Improve price execution & rolling forecast tracking and facilitate internal control audit
- Assist in periodic reviews of current pricing of products and ensure prices are within approved guidelines
- Issue price certificates to the countries as needed
- Other duties as assigned

Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in economics, Computer Science, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Biostatistics, Public Health, or related discipline preferred
- Minimum of 3 years is required with relevant pharmaceutical industry experience in pricing analytics
- Proficiency and comfort in using a variety of systems/programs including MS Excel, SAP, Model N or similar systems.
- Strong model-building and forecasting skills are required
- Project planning & management skills including the ability to steer and drive the team towards objectives and hold team members accountable as well as highly motivated
- Global (US & Int’l) knowledge of pricing
- Ability to effectively interpret and communicate pricing concepts
- Travel might be included not exceeding 20%
