Key responsibilities for this role include:
- Collaborating with Omnichannel, Sales Force Excellence, Global Marketing colleagues, brand managers et al to translate key business questions and brand objectives into actionable insights that support data-driven decision making- Supporting Omni-channel / Multichannel Insights & Analytics efforts to determine the impact of analog (sales force driven) and digital efforts (e.g., website, newsletters, social etc.), establish benchmarks and data-driven best practices, identify opportunities for optimization, and assess/prioritize digital tactics against marketing objectives- Coordinating and achieving deliverables and ad-hoc analyses as required by Global Commercial Development stakeholders- Supporting the design, development, and socialization of appropriate KPIs and targets to measure and optimize campaigns/channel effectiveness- Support development and operationalization of analytical solutions and process necessary to provide actionable insights to stakeholders of global commercial development team- Leverage relevant tools and platforms to design analytical models and processes; design and lead implementation of analytics algorithms / data processing workflows to support the analysis- Identify data gaps and provide recommendations on addressing these gaps- Work with local and global colleagues to solve issues with current deliverables and support enhancements to correct those issues- Support the link across local, region and global stakeholders, by balancing local needs with regional directions and global infrastructure- Actively identify training needs and leverage learning opportunities available both internally within Viatris and outsideThe minimum qualifications for this role are:
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in data analytics and data science, including but not limited to regression, predictive modeling, machine learning etc.- Significant hands-on experience in: statistical modeling and analysis; at least couple of analytical tools and languages (R, Python, KNIME, Alteryx etc.); developing complex analytical solutions for successful deployment and sustainable operations of multi-channel / omni-channel platform; advanced analytics process including but not limited to Campaign Analytics, Multi-channel attribution; promotion Response Modeling, Multi-Channel mix optimization, Next Best Action etc.- Familiarity with Azure Environment is a plus but not a critical requirement- Proven ability to handle multiple projects while meeting deadlines and documenting progress towards those deadlines- Strong problem-solving skills to solve and model complex business requirements- Prior knowledge of Pharma business is a *big* plus- Ability to be a self-starter and a strong drive for success- Advanced knowledge of English- Strong communication & presentation skills to effectively interact with multiple levels of the organization- Ability to effectively work in a team and on their own
