- V-ZUG Group Finance und Controlling ist ein wichtiger Bestandteil des Finanzbereichs der V-ZUG Gruppe, welcher in enger Zusammenarbeit mit den internen Ansprechpartner:innen zu einer effizienten finanziellen und betriebswirtschaftlichen Steuerung der Unternehmung beiträgt.
- Dich erwartet eine anspruchsvolle und abwechslungsreiche Tätigkeit, bei der du die Automatisierung und Digitalisierung der Finance und Accounting Prozesse im Stammhaus V-ZUG AG in der Schweiz und mit dem geplanten Rollout von SAP S/4HANA zukünftig auch bei unseren internationalen Tochtergesellschaften massgeblich mitgestaltest. Werde Teil unseres Finanz-Teams und unterstütze uns bei dieser spannenden Aufgabe in einem internationalen und produzierenden Umfeld.**Das bietet dir die Stelle**:

- Als Digitaler Process Manager stellst du die Prozessqualität in SAP und anderen Business Applikationen sicher, wofür du Schwachstellen identifizierst und den kontinuierlichen Verbesserungsprozess vorantreibst
- Zwischen Fachabteilung und Applikationsteam ICC bildest du das Bindeglied und bist als Master Key User SAP FI für die übergeordnete Koordination von Incidents und Change Requests zuständig
- Neben der Erstellung von Dokumentationen überwachst du die Qualität von Stammdaten und stellst den Wissenstransfer bezüglich SAP-Modulen und Funktionalitäten sicher
- Du planst, steuerst und begleitest Teilprojekte von neuen Business Anforderungen aktiv mit und kannst Erfahrungen als Leiter einzelner Teilprojekte sammeln
- Für die Definition von Testfällen sowie die Steuerung von UATs (User Acceptance Tests) bist du zuständig
- Du stellst die Organisation und den Betrieb des zukünftigen globalen SAP FI Templates sicher und koordinierst den Änderungsprozess mit den entsprechenden Verantwortlichen

**Das bringst du für die Stelle mit**:

- Nach deinem Studium in Betriebswirtschaft oder Wirtschaftsinformatik hast du dich in Richtung Finanzen oder Digitalisierung spezialisiert und konntest praktische Erfahrungen in Finance und Accounting und im Projektmanagement (von Vorteil mit agiler Methodik) sammeln
- Du bist Expert:in in der Unternehmenssoftware SAP und konntest bereits globale Rollouts im industriellen Konzernumfeld begleiten
- Deine Begeisterung reisst mit und als motivierte, kommunikative Persönlichkeit fällt es dir leicht, betriebliche Abläufe zu skizzieren und als Bindeglied zwischen den verschiedenen Abteilungen zu agieren
- Veränderungen treibst du mit Freude voran, mit innovativen Lösungen gehst du auf die Bedürfnisse der Kund:innen ein und auch im Team glänzt du mit deiner kooperativen und offenen Art
- Du bringst fliessende Kenntnisse in Deutsch und Englisch (Wort und Schrift) mit
