**Position Summary**
The Digital Transformation Manager, within Quality & Compliance (Q&C), will lead the digital transformation agenda for Global Supplier Management. The position will ensure that digital processes are identified and translated into automated systems to drive efficiency and agility for the organization. The Digital Transformation manager is responsible for the maintenance and optimization of the Supplier Performance Dashboard and the development of actionable insights from data and digital tools to facilitate proactive identification of risk within the supplier network.

**Major Duties & Responsibilities**
30% - Development and deployment of Supplier Performance Dashboards through collaboration with key Supply Chain and Category Stakeholders, which will align to Consumer Q&C Strategic priorities.
- Tracking of the existing initiatives, to generate insights for performance optimization
- Contribute to developing an innovative Supplier Performance Dashboard
- Collect and develop deep understanding of insights from data and digital tools to facilitate the proactive identification/mitigation of risk, while driving business needs.
- Shape and deploy performance dashboard with meaningful, actionable data to further drive improvement with supplier reliability

30% - Support the development and deployment of our Global SQ digital strategy and systems (eg - ASL, Risk Assessment Database, Supplier Collaboration platform) in coordination with the Centre of Excellence Strategic Initiative and external Vendors.
- Define and Execute End to End governance process for Supplier’s collaboration platform
- Cross-functional collaboration on addressing performance optimization (Supply Chain, Procurement, Suppliers)
- Lead strategic initiatives to identify unmet digital needs within the SQM organization, prepare/present business cases for approval, and execute global deployment and maintenance

20% - Digitalize Supplier auditing activities
- Ensure the global auditing plan is developed and approved
- Translate auditing inputs to insights for performance, sharing best practices & learnings
- Establish a continuous benchmarking via audit insights to elevate internal performance

20% - Lead the performance review meeting
- Lead the Performance review meeting and publish the Global monthly dashboards within the organization
- Establish global governance forums and appropriate performance metrics.
- Collaborate with the regions when anomalies/trends are identified to understand necessary actions needed prior to meetings for alignment

**Qualifications** Required Qualifications**
Basic Qualifications must be clearly stated, objective and relevant to this particular position.
Required Minimum Education: Bachelor’s Degree / University degree O

**Required Years of Related Experience**: Data Science, Digital, Technology, Automotive
5+ years proven track record of developing IT systems and data connectivity
5+ years proven experience in Supply Chain
5+ years proven experience on Q&C Systems and Lifecycle Management.

**Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities**:

- Demonstrated experience and understanding of Data and IT systems
- Executive presence, ability to drive decisions and influence multiple stakeholders and partners
- Solid track record during the professional tenure of driving results and achievements
- Demonstrated ability to serve as a Change Agent
- Strong ability to connect business needs with Technology solutions in driving value creation and agility
- Strong business acumen, including a demonstrable understanding of how data and technology are used for business problem-solving
- Track record of identifying innovative solutions to business challenges (Entrepreneurial, positive, proactive mindset, ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, time-sensitive business environment)
- Strong written and visual communication skills are critical
