Research Manager, Cross Service Lines, Root/lucerne

**The Research Manger will have the following main responsibilities**:

- Lead and manage projects to deliver insights with excellence: working internally with project management team from the set-up to the deliverables, ensuring high quality standard through the process
- Actively manage the client relationship when working on the different projects
- Participate to client meetings during the different stages of the projects, from briefing to debrief to client
- Analyze the results to uncover insights and draft actionable recommendations with the guidance of the senior team experts
- Prepare storytelling with optimized data visualization presentations
- Present results to clients
- Own Ipsos methodologies (incl. AI & Ipsos.Digital online platform), points of view and approaches to become a trusted partner for the clients
- Integrate Ipsos thought leadership and learnings in the analysis Work closely with all team members and across offices

**Desired qualifications, skills and experiences**:

- University degree preferably in marketing/market research, management, social sciences, communication sciences or similar
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience within market research agencies
- Strong market analysis skills, from data to insights
- International minded and multicultural oriented with strong interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to deliver outstanding attention and services to Ipsos clients
- Curiosity, proactivity, and entrepreneurship spirit
- Eagerness to learn and evolve in an international environment Previous experience in a global / multicultural company is a “plus”
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills in order to connect and collaborate with colleagues or stakeholders across the organization (in a multicultural environment)
- Manage multiple projects, liaise with a variety of different internal and external contacts
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proactive and solution-oriented, with the ability to work autonomously Excellent English skills, good (Swiss-) German language as advantage

The Innovation Service Line guides clients throughout the innovation journey as they develop and launch new or improved products and services spanning a range of verticals. We help our clients develop the initial idea for a product/service, ensure the fully-articulated description of the product/service resonates with consumers, confirm that prototypes of the product/service properly deliver on consumer expectations, and finetune the full mix prior to launch. This is accomplished using best-in-class services, including idea screening, concept testing, product testing, price and line optimization, package testing and volumetric forecasting.
