Job requirements:
1. Responsible for developing new overseas E-bike customers and maintaining subsequent KA customers;
2. Responsible for market analysis, research and feedback to the headquarters, participate in the formulation and implementation of overseas sales strategies and plans;
3. Responsible for competitor analysis and research, collect market information of the current group's main competitors, including competitor models and other information, including but not limited to functional parameters, product prices, market share, customer reputation and other information;
4. Maintain the company's existing overseas customer relationships, visit key customers regularly, strengthen communication and collaboration, and increase customer stickiness;
5. Participate in the formulation and development of new product salons to enhance brand awareness;
6. Participate in exhibition research, organize and coordinate exhibition matters, etc.;
7. Complete sales tasks and other tasks set by superiors.
Qualifications:
1. More than 2 years of EBIKE overseas sales experience, more than 5 years of overseas sales experience, familiar with overseas market conditions;
2. Undertook challenging tasks such as pioneering or overcoming difficulties and achieved goals, experienced the development stage from 0 to 1; and have a strong enterprising spirit and market development spirit;
3. Have good Chinese & Western interpersonal relationship and cross-cultural communication skills;
4. Have a strong sense of professionalism and entrepreneurial spirit, extroverted personality, understand customer behavior and have insight;
5. Have strong stress resistance and self-adjustment ability, and can quickly adapt to the work rhythm of a fast-growing company.
Jobanforderungen:

4. Pflegen Sie die bestehenden Kundenbeziehungen des Unternehmens im Ausland, besuchen Sie regelmäßig wichtige Kunden, stärken Sie die Kommunikation und Zusammenarbeit und erhöhen Sie die Kundenbindung.
5. Beteiligen Sie sich an der Formulierung und Durchführung neuer Produktsalons, um die Markenbekanntheit zu steigern;
6. Beteiligen Sie sich an Ausstellungsrecherchen, organisieren und koordinieren Sie Ausstellungsangelegenheiten usw.;
7. Erledigung von Verkaufsaufgaben und anderen von Vorgesetzten gestellten Aufgaben.
Qualifikationen:
1. Sie verfügen über mehr als zwei Jahre Erfahrung im EBIKE-Vertrieb im Ausland, mehr als fünf Jahre Erfahrung im Auslandsverkauf und sind mit den Marktbedingungen im Ausland vertraut.
2. Herausfordernde Aufgaben wie Landgewinnung oder Überwindung von Schwierigkeiten übernommen und Ziele erreicht und die Entwicklungsphase von 0 auf 1 erlebt haben und über einen starken Unternehmergeist und Marktentwicklungsgeist verfügen;
3. Sie verfügen über gute zwischenmenschliche und interkulturelle Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Chinesisch und West;
4. Sie verfügen über ausgeprägte Professionalität und Unternehmergeist, eine aufgeschlossene Persönlichkeit, Verständnis für das Kundenverhalten und Einsicht;
5. Sie verfügen über eine ausgeprägte Stressresistenz und Selbstanpassungsfähigkeit und sind in der Lage, sich schnell an den Arbeitsrhythmus eines schnell wachsenden Unternehmens anzupassen.

5、参与制定并开展新品沙龙会,提升品牌知名度;
6、参与展会调研,组织协调参展事宜等;
7、完成上级制定的销售任务和其他任务。
任职资格:
1、具有2年以上EBIKE海外销售工作经验,5年以上海外销售经验,熟悉海外市场情况;
2、承担过开荒或攻坚克难等具有挑战性的任务并达成目标,经历过从0到1的发展阶段;并具有较强的进取精神和市场开拓精神;
