**Ambition**

Priva develops and supplies climate systems for buildings, greenhouse horticulture and indoor growing. Priva leads the field in energy management and comfort optimization. By listening carefully to users, a unique user-friendly interface and strong technical support, Priva makes a substantial contribution to increasing sustainability and reducing its customers' energy costs.

**Your assignment**

You will accelerate growth and build Priva's market position. You manage Priva's day-to-day operations and are P&L responsible for the Building Automation Business Unit. You focus on strategic partnerships with (larger) installers and system integrators. This creates a network of partners who are at the forefront of innovation and sustainability and with whom you can offer the users of Priva's systems optimum returns and efficiency.

**Conditions**

You will join a well-functioning team, with a close and collegial working atmosphere. To fill this position well, you will bring with you a solid commercial background in the construction industry and multi-year management experience. You can rely on your network in the construction/installation sector and know how to connect the various parties in this industry.
