**About the role**
The Sales and Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing marketing and sales strategies to drive revenue growth and increase brand awareness in the dietary supplements industry. The main purpose of the job is to achieve sales targets, develop and implement marketing plans, and grow the organization's brand in the market.
The job holder will work closely and report directly to the CEO, to ensure a cohesive and consistent brand message. They will collaborate with key customers, retailers, distributors, and suppliers to grow the business and expand the organization's market share in the dietary supplements industry.
**Responsibilities**
- Develop and execute marketing and sales strategies to increase brand awareness and drive revenue growth in the USA.
- Analyze the dietary supplements market trends in the USA and provide insights and recommendations for new product launches and market expansion.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and creative thinking skills.
- Researching and developing marketing opportunities and plans, understanding consumer requirements.
- Identify and develop relationships with key customers, retailers and distributors to grow the business.
- Lead the development of marketing collateral, promotional campaigns, and social media strategies.
- Achieve sales targets and meet KPIs.
- Monitor and analyze sales and marketing metrics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and adjust strategies as needed.
- Create and manage budgets for sales and marketing activities.

- A bachelor's degree in marketing, mathematics, business administration, or related field.
- 15+ years’ experience launching, building and scaling dietary supplements brands in varying sectors including nutritional supplements, beverages, nutrition bars, ingredients, frozen and fresh prepared foods.
- Successfully launched companies from start up to multimillion-dollar revenue entities.
- 10+ years’ combined experience in operations, supply chain, marketing, sales and investor relations.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and creative thinking skills.
- Dietary supplements sales and marketing offline experience.
- Amazon experience.
- Shopify experience.
