Aufgaben

Über den Job

Ihre Aufgabe ist es, den Umsatz und Gewinn von Nalda schools in der Schweiz zu maximieren. Dies erreichen Sie, indem Sie neue Kunden akquirieren und bestehende Kunden weiterentwickeln. Zu Ihren regelmässigen Tätigkeiten gehören insbesondere:

- Akquisition: Ansprache von potenziellen Kunden per Telefon, E-Mail oder persönlich vor Ort bei Unternehmen und Events
- Intensivierung Kundenbeziehung: regelmässiger Austausch mit Kunden per Telefon, E-Mail oder persönlich vor Ort bei Unternehmen und Events
- Offerten/Kaufverträge erstellen: Einkaufskonditionen abklären, Marge bestimmen und Offerten/Kaufverträge erstellen
- Einwandfreie Lieferungen sicherstellen: Koordination mit Partnern und Lieferanten
- After Sales Management

- Verkauf & Beratung: Sie können die Kunden durch eine herausragende Beratung von unserem Unternehmen und Sortiment überzeugen. Erfahrungen im B2B-Verkauf sind von Vorteil, aber nicht zwingend notwendig
- Organisation & Management: Sie arbeiten strukturiert, professionell und selbstständig

Vergütung

Die Vergütung ist zu 100% erfolgsbasiert. Dabei erhalten Sie den gesamten Gewinn, welchen Sie erwirtschaften. Wir stellen Ihnen dementsprechend unsere Infrastruktur, Geschäftsbeziehungen und Einkaufskonditionen zur Verfügung und ermöglichen Ihnen so, wie ein selbstständiger Unternehmer zu 100% am erbrachten Gewinn zu partizipieren. Erfahrungsgemäss liegt die Marge zwischen 5 - 15% und der Umsatz bei 1’000'000 - 10'000'000 CHF pro Jahr. Sowohl Marge wie auch erzielter Umsatz hängen aber schlussendlich allein von der erbrachten Leistung ab und können dementsprechend stark abweichen.
