The primary role of the IS Service Owner Integration Delivery is to build a scalable integration delivery capability that can operate both globally and locally. This person drives predictable integration delivery services by balancing the needs of the customers and the capacity in ABB implementation partners and core teams. You support our customers in their integration decision-making process by providing easy-to-consume integration assets and delivery capabilities. The delivery team consists of 5 team members with skill sets around integration architecture, development, and agile delivery. The extended team are trusted implementation partners that provide flexible delivery capacity

IS Service Owner
**Your responsibilities**:
- Ensures process excellence for integration services (e.g., triage, demand, and others in the service catalogue)
- Constantly refines and enhances the services and how they are delivered to meet the evolving needs of the business
- Ensures integration services provided are aligned with demand from the business/ key projects
- Reports against agreed KPIs reflecting the way integration services are consumed and adopted by business areas and strategic programs
- Sets direction and enhancement strategies for integration assets (e.g., integration repository, estimation frameworks, blueprints, and reference architectures)
- Oversees project delivery from an advisory point of view
- Acts as the champion for integration services while representing the holistic view and strategy of the organization
- Supports the creation of integration ecosystem, evangelizing success to promote adoption and reuse of integrations through events, comms, white papers, etc.
- Custodian of the integration operating model and advisor to the direct core team and the ABB business areas
- Facilitates / coaches integration team members and drives the overall success of the integration capability
**Your background**:
- Master’s Degree in Information Management, Computer Systems, Business Engineering or similar preferred
- Minimum 10 years of professional experience in Corporate IT environment
- 5 plus Leadership experience required
- Experience in integration related enterprise transformations with a focus on business focused activities/portfolio and within an advisory related capacity
- Definition and ownership of an integration service portfolio as a Product Owner or Team Leader
- Having driven global strategic adoption and change in organizations
- Experience in managing complex stakeholder relationships in a corporate environment while acting as a change advocate or Project Manager
- Experience in integration strategy and architecture disciplines
- Ability to demonstrate related experience working with leading integration technologies, vendors, and implementation partners
- Fluent spoken and written English
- Executive communications, stakeholder and change management
- Ability to influence and convince based on trust
- Project Management experience with emphasis in Agile and Incremental methodologies
- Knowledge of integration technologies, patterns, and strategies
- Track records in collaborating with integration vendors and understanding integration product roadmaps
- Solid People Management skills
- Business requirements analysis - proven ability to understand the customers/consumers and associated personas requirements
- Ability to act independently and demonstrate a proactive mindset
- Translating technical concepts into easy-to-understand business customer friendly outputs
