We are called _Platform Services_, and this team's mission is to provide cloud-native services to Avaloq as well as to Avaloq's customers and partners. We strive for standard cloud services without any customer-specific aspects. Our service portfolio is growing with the increasing need of our customers. We follow best practices and industry standards and focus on improving our solutions as well as our processes continuously. The members of our team are located in Zurich and Pune. We interact with our service centers in Switzerland (ASSL), Germany (ASEU) and Singapore (ASAP).

**Your key tasks**

As a Service Owner in Platform Services you will be responsible for one or more of our services. This includes the following activities:

- Define, drive and document the service. This includes the definition and execution of a realistic roadmap.
- Requirement analysis and creation of specifications aligned with the stakeholders like software developers, partners and customers.
- Guide and support developers during the implementation.
- Provide and get internal approvals for the pricing structure.
- Support customer onboarding.

**Qualifications**
- You have practical experience as product owner, service owner or business analyst in the software industry.
- You gained experience in software development, in particular agile methodologies.
- You have well-developed organizational skills.
- You are open-minded, team-oriented and a pro-active problem-solver with a high quality awareness.
- You convince with solid and professional communication skills (written and oral, our company language is English).

**It would be a real bonus if you have**
- Practical work experience in cloud technologies (AWS, GCP or OCI)
- Terraform skills
