**This position reports to**:
IS Senior Service Owner

**Your responsibilities**:

- Responsible for communications & socializing the integration strategy to business areas
- Drives evangelization activities and creates relevant material to enable these
- Works closely and explains the strategic benefits of integrations and APIs to the business
- Works closely with integration vendors and stays up to date with roadmap product enhancements and industry trends
- Responsible for developing training plans and nurturing skills across the organization
- Ensure products (platforms) and services provided are aligned with demand from the business/ key projects
- Acts as the champion for integration capability while representing the holistic view and strategy of the organization
- Creates and maintains integration ecosystem, evangelizing success to promote adoption and reuse of integrations through events, comms, white papers, etc.
- Custodian of the integration operating model and advisor to the direct core team and the ABB business areas
- Facilitates/coaches Integration team members and drives the overall success of the integration capability

**Your background**:

- Master’s Degree in Information Management, Computer Systems, Business Engineering or similar preferred
- Minimum 10 years of professional experience in Corporate IT environment
- Experience in integration related enterprise transformations with a focus on business focused activities/portfolio and within an advisory related capacity
- Having driven global strategic adoption and change in organizations
- Experience in managing complex stakeholder relationships in a corporate environment while acting as a change advocate
- Experience in integration strategy and architecture disciplines
- Execute communications, stakeholder and change management
- Ability to influence and convince based on trust
- Knowledge of integration technologies, patterns, and strategies
- Track records in collaborating with integration vendors and understanding integration product roadmaps
- Solid People Management skills
- Business requirements analysis - proven ability to understand the customers/consumers and associated personas requirements
- Ability to act independently and demonstrate a proactive mindset
- Translating technical concepts into easy-to-understand business customer friendly outputs
- Strong in ideation related activities and ability to execute innovative ideas using integration as a strategic asset
- Innovation driven
- Ability to demonstrate related experience working with leading integration technologies/vendors
- Fluent spoken and written English
