Vos missions quotidiennes consistent à:

- Travailler en étroite collaboration avec l’Assistant F&B Director pour les créations des cartes et d'offres promotionnelles
- Collaborer avec l’Assistant F&B Director pour préparer le planning en fonction de l’activité et des événements pour les semaines à venir
- Préparer les boissons et les cocktails proposés en fonction des saisons et des événements.
- Être innovant et créatif, proactif dans la proposition de nouveaux cocktails pour la dynamique de la carte
- Maintenir l’équipe à son niveau, et être garant du bien être de cette équipe, informer et anticiper les besoins de l’équipe en collaboration avec l’Assistant F&B Director
- Fixer des objectifs personnels pour les équipes du bar, donner les moyennes pour les réaliser
- Assurer une satisfaction maximale à la clientèle

Vous vous caractérisez par les qualités suivantes:

- Formation en restauration (CFC de Spécialiste en Restauration, BEP/CAP/BTS/BAC Pro)
- Mention complémentaire Bar
- Expérience confirmée à un poste similaire dans un établissement de haut standing
- Excellentes connaissances des techniques de service, des produits alimentaires et des boissons
- Maîtrise des outils informatiques MS Office et du logiciel Micros
- Excellente présentation et bon sens relationnel

Pratique du français et de l'anglais conversationnel, la pratique d'une troisième langue étrangère est un atout non négligeable
