An internship full of responsibilities

Manage the bar & events of a new Hotel opening

**MORE LIFE**:
From club nights to corporate business events, MORE LIFE organises exciting happenings each week of the year. Founded only this year, we covered already a hotel takeover, where we independently organized over 10 corporate events with partners as Aroma, Red Bull and Samsung. Additionally, we stepped foot into the Web3, and held the first Metaverse Summit of Switzerland. Simultaneously, we held weekly nightlife events in Lausanne and Zurich, visited by more than 10'000 guests.

**JOB DESCRIPTION**:
You will have two main duties. Waiter and Events coordinator. As the waiter you will manage all the front of house; Serving guests, do payments, check and order inventory, and much more. On the other-side you will be also the go-to person for the event clients, which rent the location for private events. There you will have to make sure they have everything they need, and make their event a success.

In total we will give you a ton of responsibilities, as you will be directly interacting with the various stakeholders as clients, hotel staff and suppliers. Additionally, you will be working closely with the whole MORE LIFE team, bouncing back and forth ideas, and making sure that all the events run smoothly.

**WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR**:

- You must speak and write English. French and/or German is a plus.
- Be extremely well-organized and eager to take more responsibility you ever had, since our whole team will rely on you
- As the person in charge of a magnitude of events, you need strong analytical skills, hands-on problem solving, and a customer-service mindset
- Take responsibility and always be willing to walk the extra mile
- 9-5 is not your thing - the work times depend on the daily needs

Therefore, we are looking for someone hands-on, who is hungry to take responsibility and is ready to dominate his/her field. Even though we are an events company, we are not looking for party people - but individuals which are eager to hustle and build up something on their own.
